Refund Policy
No Refunds
Because all products are digital and non-returnable, all sales are final once processed.
Refunds are only offered if:
- You accidentally purchased an item twice and we verify the duplicate transaction, or
- A technical issue on our end prevents delivery and we cannot resolve it.
Unauthorized chargebacks, dispute filings, or fraudulent claims will result in:
- Permanent ban from the server and website
- Reversal of delivered digital goods
- Collection of owed payment through payment processors
